- As an Affiliate Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our brand reach. You’ll collaborate with partners, create compelling campaigns, and maximize revenue through affiliate channels. - Responsibilities
- Partner Collaboration: Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their engagement and loyalty. Negotiate commission structures and promotional terms to optimize performance. Campaign Development: Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Create persuasive content, banners, and promotional materials for affiliates. Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, and adjust strategies as needed. Performance Optimization: Analyse affiliate data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue. Optimize landing pages, tracking links, and conversion funnels. Implement A/B testing and other tactics to enhance affiliate program effectiveness.
- Requirements
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. Sales-Driven Mindset: Ability to drive results and meet sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and using analytics tools. Ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate with diverse partners.
